Pricing Questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Starter and Ops Pro plans include a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You can explore all features before committing to a subscription.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly or annually. Annual billing offers a 20% discount. Invoices are generated at the start of each billing cycle and sent to your registered email. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and your new features will be available immediately. We prorate the remaining days on your current plan against the new plan cost.
What counts as an API call?
Each request to the Collective Genesis REST API counts as one API call. Product searches count against your search quota separately. Webhooks received from the platform do not count toward your API call limit.
